You received multiple nominations this quarter, and most of them mentioned your patience, hard work, and dedication to your job. Why do you think so many of your coworkers nominated you for this award?
I would love to know! Seriously, though, I do try very hard to listen and understand all the issues and concerns around my clients’ processes. I really want to make things better for them. Communication is a huge key – even if the news is bad, transparency is crucial and there is always a solution if you talk, listen, and learn.
What do you enjoy the most about your role?
The people I get to work with EVERY SINGLE DAY! I am so fortunate to get to ask questions and learn from my teammates daily.
How would you define great customer service?
Listening, patience, and understanding are a must. You will not get anywhere without those first steps.
What advice would you give to someone just starting out in their career? What wisdom would impart to them?
Always be willing to learn.
Teamwork is vital – having a great team to lean on and learn from makes a huge positive difference in your work.
And don’t be afraid to ask questions!
