Congratulations to Jessica Graham, Underwriter II for the Southwest region, on winning the Q1 2024 Silver Circle Award for Customer Service.

We recently asked Jessica to tell us a bit about her customer service philosophy. Read below for more.


The agent who recommended you mentioned your gratitude and dedication when working with her. Your job as an underwriter can be stressful at times – how do you keep those assets in place when dealing with difficult situations?

Sometimes we can get stressed; I’m thankful to have a seasoned and dedicated team to help me out when needed. I try to prioritize tasks and work on the highest priority ones first.


What do you enjoy the most about your role?

I enjoy working with people every day, whether it is with my team or my agents.


How would you define great customer service?

Great customer service is something we strive for every day. It includes listening and completing research in order to answer any questions agents may have.


What advice would you give to someone just starting out in their career? What wisdom would you impart to them?

Try every day to be the best in your position and keep a good attitude.
