If you could describe your customer service philosophy in one word, what would it be and why?

Respect. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and kindness.

What skills or habits have you developed that help you consistently deliver great service?

I have made it a habit to take notes. If another person has the same issues later, I can refer and quickly take care of that issue.

I have also developed more patience in this role, and I work every day to become a better listener.

What’s a memorable moment when you went above and beyond for a customer? 

I once helped an elderly customer that had hardly ever used a computer learn how to use our operating system. That actually led to her using her computer for personal use, too.

What’s one piece of advice you’d give to someone new to customer service? 

Listen. Always listen to what the person is saying.
