Adjuster
An adjuster is responsible for adjusting crops for Multi-Peril Crop Insurance (MPCI), Private Products (crop hail), and Named Peril claims within their given territory. Servicing customers (both policyholders and agents) is their top priority.
Claims Auditor
A claim auditor is responsible for accurately reviewing and processing crop insurance claim files. This role works directly with underwriters, adjusters, agents, and producers to resolve claims in a timely and efficient manner.
Underwriter
An underwriter is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and inspecting insurance documents. An underwriter takes ownership over their agencies to guide them through the intricacies of the Multi-Peril Crop Insurance programs.
Marketing Representative
A marketing representative achieves insurance sales by establishing and maintaining working relationships with independent insurance agents within a specified region, and servicing a book of business which meets profitability goals year over year.
Programmer
A programmer is responsible for developing and extending the capabilities of AgriSompo's software systems. You will work closely with senior programmers and others within the company to define the technical and functional specifications of each project.
